Karen Fumo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and finds in inclusion the best way to promote justice, equity and social and economical development.

Karen is working on a project for training of women with disabilities, so they can be financially self-sufficient. Karen is also an assistant training coordinator at "Agenda Youth" and wants to keep supporting organizations working for social development, mainly in rural communities and amongst social minorities.
