Notilija is an Agronomic Engineer and Food security advocate passionate about human and community development. Her focus is on designing and implementing solutions to improve both Nutrition and Food security rates.

Arcenia Notilija is an Agronomic Engineer and Food security advocate who has a passion in both human and community development. Her focus is on designing and implementing solutions to support improvement of both Nutrition and Food security rates, specially amongst children aged 0 to 5 years and women, and human centered Social Behavior Change Communications Campaign and strategies on same issues.

In 2019, she joined Mandela Washigton Fellow with more than 5 years of board experience within the Agriculture sector, Notilija finds her inspiration on interacting with her community members and living the challenges lived by them hence her passion and focus is on supporting them.
