Blair acquired her law degree from the London School of Economics and has had a very high-profile career as a lawyer. She became a notorious female trailblazer as her career peaked and she became part of the Queen’s Counsel in 1995, an elite group of lawyers who can argue their cases in the Supreme Court.

Her foundation aims to equal men and women economically, in terms of salary, and both entrepreneurship and job opportunities. The foundation uses online mentorship as a key steppingstone in its path in breaking boundaries and connecting successful business women with women of low income, believing these guiding conversations are fundamental in the starting of small business across the globe.
